Awake to Being

Philsophy Blog

In this blog I intend, over a long time, to share my understanding of the process philosophy of Eugene T. Gendlin, and its relation to the contemplative method he calls Focusing. I will also try to relate it to Buddhist meditation.  As of 2013, I have been teaching Focusing for about thirteen years, studying Gene’s A Process Model for eight years, and practicing Buddhist meditation for forty-five years.

If you are new to Focusing, you might want to learn something about it by going to Focusing Insitute’s site. I also have a site at thefocusingspace

The blog is at process-philosophy.com
